Joseph Thomas Hill was a State Representative of Dooly 1904-05. Helped propose the establishment of Crisp Co. He served as Representative for Crisp for several years. Married Carrie Dennard and they had four children. Joe Thomas, Howell, Lloyd, and Carolyn. Who can share some information about his family?
