Israel and his siblings Alexander, Joshua, Sarah, Millicent and Mary were born to another William Campbell from Barnwell District South Carolina, who died about 1822-1823. The elder William received 600 acres of land in Liberty Co., Georgia land draw in 1791.
I have been told that William D. Campbell, Richard W. and his wife Sarah Isabella Campbell are buried in Crisp Co. at Ebenezer Baptist Church.
