dead end on Gossett (Gassett)/Osteen marriage 1843

Dear All,
I am doing well on tracing my Crowley line but have reached a dead end with my great great grandparents married in Crawford Co., Georgia. My GG grandfather was John W. Osteen who married my GG grandmother Heatha Jane Gossett on Dec. 24 1843.

There was a Nancy Osteen married close to the same time so am wondering if she might be a sister to John W. Osteen.

Heatha Jane Gossett or Gassett is frustrating to track because sometimes her name is Hattie, Hetha, or Jane. Her name was written on her daughter's death certificate of Isabelle Osteen Edwards but I cannot tell if her name was Gassett or Gossett. I find no Gossetts in Crawford Co. but lots of Gassetts.

Any help on either line would be appreciated or any suggestions.
Thank you,
Flynn Fuller
