There is no listing for Green WOOD/S in the Coweta Co., GA Marriages 1827 - 1979. You know that it wasn't until 1850 that individuals were listed within households on censuses. So, censuses earlier than 1850 will not give you the name of Green's wife nor of children within their household, just numbers within age ranges and by sex. Do you know where they were in 1850? They are not in Coweta. There is a household headed by Charles WOOD (age 59, b. GA) in the 1850 Coweta census that has a "Martha WOOD", age 76, born Maryland, as the next-door neighbor. She lives alone. Her next neighbor is Dilcy STORY, age 38, b. SC, with 5 children ages 13-3 in her household. I'm giving you this information in case Green was dead and Martha was his widow. That's all I can tell from these records. I am not related to the family.

Best wishes in your searchings,
