Hi Janice! I, too am a descendent of James Mitchell Norman. I am also researching his line. My grandmother was Winifred Norman, daughter of Robert Frank Norman. Frank was a son of James Thomas Norman who was a son of Jeremiah Bryant Norman, Sr. I have received a lot of information from other descendents of this James Mitchell Norman line. I also have some records from the Midway Congregational Church. I haven't sorted them all out though. There were so many Johns and Williams that it's hard to decipher who's who.
I would love to share info with you.

Please let me know what you think.

By the way, I live in South Carolina and work less than 5 miles from the SC Archives. Let me know if I can look anything up for you.

Hope to hear from you soon.
