I am looking for relatives that are connected to the CHRISTIAN FAMILY that settled in Newton, Henry and Clayton Counties. My grt grandfather was James Hamilton Christian, son of Elijah Willis and Mary C. Christian. He married Mary Ann Lorena Jack Green (Edmund Green's daughter) and in about 1874-75, they moved to Cullman Co., Ala. This move was with other members of the family. Some of the names are: Veal,Elliott,Sowell,Farmer,Wilkerson/Wilkinson,and Webb. There may be more, not known as of now. I am the youngiest grandson of John Green Christian, born in Clayton Co. in 1872. He remembered the ride by train, with his mother, while family went by wagon. Any "cousins" around?

P. L. Christian Jr.
