Buy a death certificate and it will have all the info on it you need. What year was he born? His death certificate should be on line with a number that you can use to get quicker results. Sometime there are not any obits as the family does not feel it necessary to place one in the AJC. When my mother in law died her surviving children did nto feel it necessary to place it in the AJC as she lived in Rockdale County
