Hello,

The AJC was absolutely no help. They referred me to this website that appeared to be a printing company. When I contacted them, they acted like they had no clue why the AJC referred me to them. They said that didn't have any AJC's at all.

But I have managed to get in touch with a Great Grand daughter of Thomas Emsy Sikes who told me that he, his wife, their son Thomas Henry, daughters Gladys Phillips, and Mary C. Lanford are all buried at Mt. Zion Church near Jonesboro.

In fact, I know know where all of the children of Thomas Emsy Sikes are buried except one, Charlie W. Sikes who died on Aug 12, 1988 in Morrow, Clayton Co. Georgia. So I would still like his obituary if anyone can get it.
