John & Elizabeth Alexander early to mid 1800's

John & Elizabeth Alexander moved to Clarke Co, from Oglethorpe Co., before 1809 or there abouts. In 1809 he appears on a jurors list of Clarke County. I dont have 1810 Census info.

1820: Census of Clarke County, Georgia
Alexander, John 3-2-0-0-1-0-0-0-2-1-0-0-3-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0 ... Do these Census images still exist??? how can i find what area he lived in?

In 1825: John Alexander appears on Clarke County, Georgia Tax Digest in Capt Lorents Gahagan Dist. <----- What area of Clarke County was this in???

20 July 1827: The Athenian carried the notice, DIED, In Jackson county, on Tuesday the 3d inst. Mr. James Witherspoon, aged about 40 years. In the vicinity of this place, on Saturday last, Mr John Alexander, about the same age.
