I am looking for any information regarding my great grand father, Alford C. BROWN (b. 16 March 1849 d. 30 Jan. 1929) married Nancy Delilah Jospehine HAGOOD (b. 23 June 1841 d. 11 Jan. 1931) they had 4 children, Sarah Ann BROWN, James Allen BROWN(my grandfather), David Asberry BROWN and William Andrew BROWN.
I believe some or all of the children were born in Cherokee Co. James Allen BROWN m. Mary Jane CASON and also had children in Cherokee County. Any information on this family would be greatly appreciated.
