Carole, wish we couldl find a connection. Only the Ga and Tenn look familiar. I have been at this since the 1960's! You have a ways to go!
Charata sounds Indian, a beautiful name. I suspected my William Brown, born 1785 in or near Savannah, married an Indian woman, only suspicion, probably married in Tennessee. He died in 1857 in Illinois, so far asis known, only lived in Ga, Tenn and Illnois. His wife died in 1835, no info at al other than Elizabeth??? If I can help , let me know.
I have spent a small fortune, and many years of research, so far, only clues! I have no idea who William's parents were.
