Ms. Edwards,

Could you give me the bibliographical information for the Catoosa County, Georgia Cemeteries and Genealogy Book and page numbers that the information for David Edward Augustus (or Eugene?) Anderson can be found? I am looking for additional biographical information on him.

He is mentioned on pages 78 and 86 in Clark's History in Catoosa County. From what I can tell he went by Augustus or Gus.

He was also a Freemason and member of the Quitman Lodge No. 106 like his father and brother. Canaday, Barbara Bell and David Lee Canaday. Georgia Freemason, 1861-1865. Macon, Georgia: Georgia Lodge of Research, 2001. Pages 92-93.

I found him and his future first father-in-law in the 1850 Census but I could not find him in the 1860 Federal Census. I would like to know the source of the marriage information and if we know when and why his first wife died. I also could not tell for sure which would have been his future wife; the Mary Ann (29) or Mary A (16).

Thanks in advance and please let me know if you have any questions.
