The Ga Death Index has a Spencer T. Smith, 05 Feb, 1990, Catoosa Co, age 82, certificate 007173.
On the 1910 & 1920 Polk Co Ga census', my great-great-uncle Thomas Burton/Butler SMITH is shown to have a son Spencer born about 1908..... (1990 - 82 = 1908)
1920 Polk Co Ga/ED 160/Cedartown/HH #-129-138/pg 70a:

Smith, Mary? May?A/wife/wf age 45 Ga/Ga/Ga -
Smith, Annie L/dtr/wf age 13 Ga/Ga/Ga - single
Smith, Spencer/son/wm age 12 Ga/Ga/Ga - single
Smith, Calder?/son/wm age 05 Ga/Ga/Ga - single
*1910 Polk Co Ga/ED 137//Lake Creek Dist/HH 123-125/pg 114b:

Smith, Almer M/wife/wf age 33 Ga/Ga/Ga (4 of 5 chn lvg)
Smith, Miles F/son/wm age 19 Ga/Ga/Ga single
Smith, Raymond /son/wm age 12 Ga/Ga/Ga single
Smith, Annie L/dtr/wf age 04 Ga/Ga/Ga single
Smith, Spencer/son/wm age 02 Ga/Ga/Ga single
NOTES: Thomas died Polk Co Ga 1939; Annie married Mr Weaver (divorced) and she died in NC Jan 1987; Calder/Caulder was supposed to be living in 1986 and I haven't found a death record for him; Myles died 1986 in Oklahoma; Raymond may have died in Polk Co Ga in 1975. I have no idea who their mother (mothers?) were except what's on these census'.
QUESTION: Does anyone have any information on this Spencer T. Smith? parents? siblings? wife? children?
I thankyou so very much for any information you can share!!!
