Mount Zion Methodist Episcopal Church

Can anyone tell me where you might find church records for this church. It was one of the oldest churches in the state. It expanded and in 1880 started one of the most successful seminary schools founded by the M E Church. I think my great-great-grandparents-Obediah Abbott and John
w Reese- may have attended this church. My great grandmother Ara Abbott and my great grandfather Benjamin Reese were married by a Thomas Colbert,MG. What information I can find this Thomas Colbert was the pastor of this church in the mid 1850s. Also one of Ara's sisters Artemissa Abbott married a William Reeves. The same Thomas Colbert also married them. Thank you for any information. It would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You, S Beck
