Christine,
Thank you for your reply, that ius the book I want, so please keep an eye out for one for me.
I am looking for John Jackson, the father of Marshall Jackson born Circa 1827 and his son, my grandad was born June 29,1851. He was in war of 1812 in S.C. and died in Cuthbert Randolph County, Georgia, buried in Benevolence , Georgia. His Military records tell me nothing that I need.I am trying (15years) to find out family info to no avail. I have Grandpa John Elbert Jackson's marriage licence to Ellen Merritt in Blakely, Georgia and then on down to present. I will be most happy to pay you for your time and copies of any info you can find on him.
THANK YOU ,
Rubye Jackson Lewis
