Jackson Institute around 1895

Hello! I found a photo from 1895 on Georgia's Virtual Vault (website) that had a class photo of women and 2 men. It mentions the Jackson Institute, and I was wondering where I can find further information about this school. Was it an all-girl school? The photo was dated 1895. I was specifically interested in the W. T. Kelly of Rome, GA that was mentioned in the photograph. Was he a teacher? Anyone know where I can find further information about the Jackson Institute? Looking forward to hearing from you!
