Hi! Billie,
I have Ford's on my grandmother's side. Her name was Minnie Pearl Ford , She married a King from Ware Co. GA. Her dad was Jesse Sylvester Ford and I think her mother was Jennie Smith before she married Jesse Ford. My grandmother had two brothers, Arthur Sylvester Ford and Oscar Harvey Ford. They called him Harvey. My grandmother was fifth cousins to Henry Ford in Michigan (the one that built the Ford car.)
Jesse died in or around Offerman Ga. He fell under a train and it cut his legs off. I think he worked for the Railroad CO. Jennie Smith had a brother named Aaron Smith who lived in Jacksonville, Fl. until he died. I know a little more about the Ford's, but thats enough right now. Sure hope you know of my Ford's. Thank you. Hope to here from you.
