PAULINE REYNOLDS (Asylum) ABOUT 1939-1943
Posted by: Alexandria Sims (ID *****1751) Date: May 30, 2003 at 16:57:37

Aunt Pauline was admitted to the Asylum in late 1939 or early 1940's. Her husband wanted another woman so he (E.W. Reynolds) had her committed. Aunt Pauline stayed there until her death in 1941-1943. I only remember the funeral and her lying in the casket in Grandma's front room in Stillmore, Emanuel County. She was buried in the Sim-Warren Cemetery in Stillmore but with no marker so the grave has become lost. I'm trying to find a death certificate from the Asylum or Baldwin County. If nothing else a death date. Her name at time of death was Pauline Reynolds. Her first husband was Sam Darnell. Her father was a McLoed. Her mother's maiden name was Warren. Thanks for any help!!!
