Hello to anyone that will help:

Searching for a Weaver family that is said to have been living in Newton, GA in 1840/45

My g g grandfather William Thames, married Susanna E Weaver, 1872 in Clayton County, GA A g grandaughter of Susanna E. Weaver said her g grandmother was born in Newton, GA. saod tp have been b in 1843. We really do not know.

I find a James B Weaver married Bethuena Burton 1839 in Harris County, GA. Do not know how close these two counties are? Does someone know?

In 1850 I find James B and Bethuena living in DeKalb County, Stones District, GA and have a daughter Susanna E 9yrs of age. 1860 I find James B and Bethuena living in Chambers Cty., Ala and Susanna E is now 20yrs. 1870 I find Susanna Living with her sister Martha E who had married John H Williams. Martha and her husband John were living close to the daughters of William Thames in Clayton County, GA I believe this is how she met and married William in 1872 in Clayton County.

Thanks for any help. I really appreciate it so very much.
