Reeves family in Baker County Georgia

The Baker County Georgia Census Index lists a W. Reeves in Baker County in both 1850 and 1860. In 1870 we find a James Reeves. Does anyone have any knowledge of these individual?

Sometimes the surname is also called REAVES.
