I'm not sure about Margaret as 2nd wife, but it sounds logical to me. Do we have any idea as to the marriage date or the date of birth of Robert H. E. Collom? What I've seen for death date for Manerva shows between 1868 and 1870. Her youngest child Minerva shows b. 1868, so I guess if we're lucky and Robert's dob shows up it will be easier to calculate when they married. (Hoping that children are correct of course.)
I will try to look at my old list for Collom Cemetery, but I'm thinking that most of the marked graves listed are for Pierce and maybe a couple of other names, with just a note that there may have been 40 or so unmarked graves there and that cemetery so named because land had belonged to Collom family.
