Looking for information on my Great-Grandfather, Michele "Michael" Gustavo Fusco. I believe he was born in Roccaromana, Caserta, Italy ( near Naples) in 1879. His father was Giovanni Fusco, and was a schoolteacher in Roccaromana, Caserta, Italy. Michael Fusco married Victoria Tommasino born April 7, 1881, I believe in Caserta, Italy. Victoria died in 1940 in Branchton, PA. Michael and Victoria made trips back and forth to Italy. They lived in Hillsville, Lawrence County, PA in 1901, and later in Hazel Kirk, near Monongahela, Washington County, PA. Michael Fusco had 2 known brothers: 1. Luigi Fusco married a Victoria? and lived in Roccaromana, Caserta, Italy. 2. Eugene Fusco married Maria Alfreda and lived in Monongahela, Washington County, PA. Michael had 2 known sisters and 1 half-sister: 1. Maria Fusco married Gaetano Amato and lived in Rochester, New York and later California. 2. a sister who married a Fumas and had 1 son who changed his name John Fuimis?. 3. a half-sister who lived in Rhode Island and had a son, Mario. Michael and Victoria Fusco had 3 daughters: Rosina Fusco married Patsy Lucci and lived in New Kensington, PA and later North Hollywood, CA. Jane Fusco married Joseph Serafino Carrara and lived in Branchton, Butler County, PA. Julia Fusco married Samuel Marino and lived in New Kensington, PA and later Panarama City, CA. Michael and Victoria Fusco had 1 son, John Fusco, who changed his name to John Riachy, and lived in Warren, Ohio.
Michael Fusco was also known as: Jim Rich, Jim Riachy, Jim Russo, and Mike Russo. Michael remarried and lived and died in Burbank CA in 1967. Any information would be appreciated. Thank you.
