I think you are right that Lucinda is a daughter of Martin H. Furlow who was in Conecuh from 1818 (Tax list) through at least 1821(Sparta Academy). Martin was born in about 1790 in GA. His oldest son Thomas was born in 1811, and I didn't know of another child until William, born 1817. They stayed in Alabama until 1826 (when son John was born), and I think Martin's wife died. He remarried in Greene, GA in 1827 to Mary O'Neal, then was in Lauderdale, MS by the 1830 census. I've had no luck finding Martin's father, although I think he is the grandson of William Furlow (1740-1802) of Greene Co, GA. I'll send you what I have if you'd like it.
