Richard Barry of Wexford was the nephew of Commodore John Barry. He married Mary Furlong in 1839 in Tacumshane,Wexford,
Ireland. This is in the Rosscommon area of south eastern Wexford. Mary Furlong was born in 1812. She may have been a sibling of James. Richard Doyle married Alice Barry in Tacumshane,Wexford,Ireland in 1840 and Mary Furlong and Nicholas Stafford were witnesses.
