In 1900 census of Knoxville, Allegheny Co., Pa., living next door to Bell and Sporel Kennett are William A and Louise Ferguson and family. William says he was born Feb 1860 in W Va. On June 23rd 1860 in Mason Co., William is 4 months old, the son of William R Furgason 49 and Manerva J 40 both born in Va. Children besides William were Ann M 16, George 18, Mary 13, Charles H 9, Elizabeth 7, MagWillie 5 and Belle 3. In the 1900 census, Bell says she was born in July 1862. William and Minerva had an Ella born about 1863 in Ohio, in the 1870 census of Point Pleasant. Charles middle initial H stood for Harper.
