did you notice that Taylor Burton was living in the household of Samuel Fuqua in the 1870 census of Daviess County. He was listed as Crittenden Burton. I don't know why he was living there. There was also an older woman named Burton in that household, who could have been Taylor's mother.
Samuel had a daughter Susan, who was supposedly married to a William Shively; however the 1880 census shows William still has a wife named Susan and there is a woman in the household listed as his mother in law and her name is not FUQUA. So I'm not sure that it was actually Susan Fuqua who was married to Shivley.
