Does anyone have any information on this individual, the son of Peter Funk b. 1745 in PA? I have a George Funk b. 1782 who appears in Laurens Co., SC in 1807 and married Nancy Finley, daughter of Paul Finley. He died in Laurens Co. in 1842. He was my ggg-grandfather. I'm trying to document the relationship between this George and this Peter, if one exists, but have found nothing so far. The only clue I have is that George was a blacksmith. There is no indication of where he was from when he bought property in Laurens Co. Anything at all may be helpful.
