? von der Burg, b. in Naugard, Prussia around 1850

My greatgreatgrandmother Marie Luise Frederike von der Burg (b. 10/4/1844 in Naugard, Prussia, married to Rudolf Harder) had two brothers, one died in Dutch-India, the other one left for America (he had to leave the Prussian Army) and became the publisher of a well known German Newspaper. This is what the family chronic tells me.
I do not know his name, not his date of birth (but i do know that he was born in Naugard), not when he came to America, not where to he came and not the name of the newspaper. I think he was born around 1850 and probably left around 1875.
Their father Baron Albert Friedrich Eduard von der Burg (he was an Officer in the Prussian Army) was born 10/23/1802 in Königsberg (=Kaliningrad)Prussia and was married to Marie-Luise Zierold. His father was Baron August von der Burg, married to Johanna von Mansbach.

Can anybody help?? I would like to know what happened to him . Any help is gladly appreciated!!!
Thanks! Ursula Krause
