Hello my name is Sandra Ralston. My mother's maiden name is Funderburk. Her father was Isaac Appleton Funderburk and her grandfather was John Harrison Funderburk. John Harrison Funderburk's parents were William L. Funderburk and Susan Ann Long. He served in the Alabama Cavalry, Lewis Co., Spencer Brigade in 1862 until 1865. He married Lettie Reid on March 12, 1865, they had two children. Lettie died in 1875. Then he married Missouri Gossett on March 21st 1876, they had three children. Missouri died in 1880. Then he married Cynthia Elizabeth Davis five years later, they had ten children and 2 stillborn. Cynthia died in 1905. Thats about all the information I have. Please send me whatever you have.
