Patrice - I was in error when I said that my great grandfather TW Fulton was born in 1850. At closer look of the 1900 Census form it showed a small loop at the top of a one and it looked like a nine. This would mean his age as 41, not 49. But I am still in need of some advise as to how to find out the "TW" meaning and also "where do I go from here"? Thanks again and sorry for the mistake.
