He deposed age 59, June 28, 1818 of Cambridge VT. Claim allowed 1820.deposed age 74 yrs on July 18, 1832.Jane Fullington deposed age 73 yrs on Nov 14, 1838 that she married him Jan 21, 1782 and that he died Oct 25, 1837.Philemon Towle testified he attended the wedding in Candia NH in Jan 1782, that they were married by Rev Mr Prince, then minister of Candia, that they lived in Raymond for several years, had 4 children born there, then moved to Vermont.John Fullington testified that he is the 2nd child and born Oct 9, 1787, always lived with his parents until his father's death, and that his mother has lived with him ever since.Jan 1, 1839 Town Clerk of Candia NH certified there is no record of the marriage of Ezekiel Fullington and Jane McClure, neither was there any record kept of the marriages that took place at that time in said Candia, neither by the Town Clerk or the Church Clerk. Claims Allowed until 1845.
