BBC America is running a series called "F***ing Fulfords" each wednesday night at 9:30pm central. It's about Francis Fulford, the current heir to 3,000 acres and a manor given his Fulford ancestors by King Richard the Lion Hearted for service during the crusades. Francis Fulford has a wife & four children and no money to keep the crumbling mansion repaired. Boo Hoo. He has a new scheme each week on making money. Reminiscent of the cartoon character "El Coyote" trying to catch the Roadrunner. Meanwhile his wife is playing the horses. I have watched two episodes and find Francis Fulford a funny character who can't seem to speak without being bleeped out due to his curse words. Hence the name of the series "F***ing Fulfords". There is mention that Francis Fulford is coming to America to meet his American Fulford cousins at Carteret County North Carolina. Mark Green, Group Administrator of the newly formed Fulford DNA testing project, is trying to get Francis to join so that his YDNA can be compared to Fulfords of Carteret County NC. If they match, we pick up 23 new generations. Yes, I'm a Fulford descendant, three lines of Fulfords are in my veins, so that explains my interest in the British series. My sister has six toes (actually it's just a small small bumb between toes) and both my sisters were "double-jointed" which we attribute to our Fulford ancestors. I've also emailed http://www.BBCAmerica.com how I enjoyed the series, so if any readers do watch the show, please email a good word for our long lost Brit cousins. On the homepage, down at the bottom is "contact us" button, click onto it and then find "other" where you can send comments about programs. It's almost funny, but Francis is hoping his American cousins can bail him out. If you don't have anything better to do wednesday night, do try to see the show. ..Bill Morrow Notify Administrator about this message?
