There is no solid evidence except that the men were in the region together; there is - as I mentioned earlier - Maurice, and then there is a John Fulford, who purchased land in the Currituck/Dare area. There may have been a brother, Joseph. I have no proof, only a hypothesis. As far as your three, who knows. I wish I could tell you, but I cannot. I am dealing with conjecture, but there are times with research such as this, you get a picture, and the pieces seem to fall into each other. John Fulford was in the Isle of Wight/Norfolk Co. VA area ca 1693.
