I have Alexander Dias born abt. 1822 died Apr. 1857 married to Sarah Fulcomer born abt. 1829 died 24 Nov 1868.
Issue: Catherine abt. 1847; Jane abt. 1849; John abt. 1851; Thomas 25 Sep 1822; and Emily abt. 1853. Sarah was the daughter of George and Catherine T. (Cline) Fulcomer. Alexander's occupation was "Lock Tender." Most likely, he worked on the canal along the Conemaugh River. Sarah's brother, Samuel Alexander was my g-g grandparent. I checked all of my Fulcomers and Folckemers and found no Martha's married to a Dias. Perhaps my Sarah was also a Martha. I have nothing more on the children. Hope this is helpful.
