I just wanted to update a little. My William Marion Fudge died from appendicitis. He had family in Mitchell County Georgia. He is burried in Georgia to my knowledge. Emma told my cousin that her father was pure Native American either Creek or Cherokee. Does this sound like the same one that is known. I know Virginia Jane was a British woman. I also know that my grandmother Emma didn't get along with her father's relatives for some reason. If this helps, please get back to me. I am working on dates as best I can.
