While formatting a family group sheet for printing, I canceled operation. Now it won't complete formatting just on this one individual. Goes to 83% & gives message that memory is insufficient. It isn't. Have rebooted, scandisk, disk cleanup, disk defragmented, compressed and checked year. Still doesn't work. Have not seen problem on postings. Please don't refer me back to technical support site.
