Cannot Access FTM (gray screen)

I'm using FTM Version 8. While I can bring it up on my screen, I cannot access any of the information. The top line is gray. I am not using XP and have a new computer for one year (with XP). However, I have used FTM since installing XP. Do you have a phone number where I can reach you to walk this through.

I recently purchased another CD but cannot use it. There are about 800 names in this program.
