Error Messages - help!

I haven't entered any info into my Family Tree Detective program in the last month or two. I went to open it up today, and received the following message:

"Error Starting Program LTIMG10N.DLL file is linked to missing export LTKRN10N.DLL:252"

Then something else came up about C:\FTD\Ftd.exe is not functioning.

Can anyone help me here? I have a couple thousand names in my database and although I've backed up my work, I get the same messages when I try to open from a disk. PLEASE tell me I haven't lost all my work!!!!
