Mindscape is no longer out there. So no help for them, SHAME, SHAME & more shame. But here is 1st question. I have made many reports, using Microsoft Word, then the other day was trying to make a descendant chart and Word pulled up see the blue bar running then stopped and the hour glass mouse white background as though everything STOPPED IN THERE TRACKS. Bottom says formatting word processor..........but still nothing after about half hour I am wondering what uin the world is going on. When I clicked on x to close out the project, comes up saying program not responding, it does that everytime. But when I pulled up a a dexcendant report that I have saved on hardrive not problem popping up, but makinmg a descdendant chart is out of the question......WHAT IS WRONG? Microsoft Word shot or is my Family Tree Creator Deluxe Mindscape no longer working? I know this program has be sold and renamed by the other owners, but far as I know Mindscape is the last company to buy and rename then sold out I do believe anyone knowing if Mindscape sold out to someone else and they renamed the software something else. I have 19,066 names on this program. Is the a other program the I can transfer to...lie save a DVD then program in new program then use my saved DVD and WHAM BAM DONE....Probably not, what can I do? 7 years of work and can not make reports......HELP.

Lisa
