Cannot open "Family Gathering"

Hello,

A years ago I bought the "Family Gathering" software. I used the software to fill 5 generations of my family line. Since then I have changed my computer and my O/S to Windows XP and I thought that if I just saved my project folder to disk and then replaced the old folder with the new after I re-installed the software on my new computer and it would work (I had done it before).

Unlike the other times when I did this... this time it did not work. I am using windows XP and I think this is the cause. Below is the error I received.

SYSTEM ERROR
Divide By Zero or Overflow Error

Has anyone received this before and if so how did you get around it? I now have "Family Tree Maker", I wanted to import it but the program does not recogize the file types...

Does anyone have an idea on how to fix this?

Thank you
Daren
