Sorry, Jean; don't have the address, but it should be on the Kansas State government web-site or otherwise discoverable through your search engine. I know it's in the 900 block of the street that borders the State Capitol building on the east, and is one block west of Kansas Avenue (the "main drag" of Topeka.
