My great grandfather was Edward Graham Frye who was a well-known architect in Lynchburg and Roanoke Virginia in the years approx 1900 - 1930. I'm guessing he died in the early 1940's as my father Grady Purcell Gregory was born in 1930 and knew him when he (my father) was a child.
We have no prior information on Edward G Frye except that we believe he came from or near Bristol - don't know if it was Va or Tenn. He had several children in the late 1800's and early 1900's in Lynchburg. They included Frances Brown Frye who was my grandmother. Does anyone have a missing Edward G (Graham) from southwest Va or east TN?
