In the 1790 Census Ludwig Freiberger and Widow Kugler are listed as neighbors in Northumberland Co., PA. A few years later they were neighbors again in Clermont Co., OH, the widow Catharine Kugler having married George Harner in the meanwhile. Does anyone know if they were related and what her maiden name was?
