That is so neat that your lineage goes back to Austria. We have the video "The Sound of Music" and LOVE that incredible Austrian scenery. But I go much deeper into it than my wife. I've felt, for as long as I can remember, stronger European "vibes" (for lack of a better word) in me than American. I love America dearly, but have always felt, strangely, more at home and more natural with European dialect, culture, scenery... everything just about.

Something else, too... it's funny that when I saw your last name, Hauck, and I guessed that it was German, that only minutes before I found your name and your post, I had been looking up info. about the "Fry" name, and one website said: "Fry in America has a greater likelihood of being German rather than English." I would have thought it to be the other way around. Anyway, I would LOVE to go to Austria, Germany, England, Scotland... all over Europe. Probably never will get the chance but I would love to.

I've gotta go do some work up at the church so I'll catch you later. Take care Terri and God bless.
