Hi Michele--i would not be surprised to hear that your henry's father was a George. There are about a zillion George Washington Frush's. It seems to be about the most common Frush name. My Frush line begins with my father George Dennis Jr. b. 1932/George Dennis Sr./William Jackson b. 1846/George W. b. 1819/Peter b. 1782. Peter was born in MD. and his son, George W. came from Va. to Licking Co. Ohio sometime before 1843. George W.'s sons were William, Peter, Oliver, George, John and Jesse. Almost all of the information I have came from a third or fourth cousin, Dennis Frush who has done a lot of Frush research. I believe he has a website that may link up from the Genforum. On my Frush family tree I also have Dennis/Clark/Potter/Jennings/Patterson/Maxson/Dives and Davis. There are a lot of other Frush's in the Ohio/PA/WV area but I don't know how (or if) they link up to my tree.
