I am related to Charles E. Frost b. 1847 in Kent Eng. He marrried Susannah Richards in Kansas His father was Charles Lee Frost b. 1802 in Suffolk, Eng. He married Mary Cramp. My family written history which I have confirmed is that he was born CHARLES LEE and changed his name to his mother's maiden name of Frost. The family record says the change was due to involvement in smuggling. His siblings were William Lee, James Lee, John, Hannah, Sarah, Mary, Lydia, and
Ann. I am looking for these "Frosts and Lee's" in England (Suffolk, Kent). Please let me know if you have any more info, or I can assist your search. M. Anderson
