Fromholz in Brazil

Great-grandfather Ferdinand had a brother and sister who went to Brazil from Germany, at some time later than his own emigration to the US. There was some contact with these Brazilians, as it is known that the sister married and what her married name was (recalled by cousin Willy Gnorich). I've actually found the Fromholz name and an email link in Brazil, but attempts to contact the person using the online translation (English to Portuguese) yielded no results. Of course, some folks are just not interested in genealogy, but I find it difficult to believe that a surname that uncommon that turns up in Brazil is not somehow a descendant of ggf's brother.

Relatively yours,

Clark

P.S. - keep this board alive! :^)
