Frohocks of Maine
My half 2nd cousin once removed sent me some information regarding the Frohocks of Maine. My grandmother was a half sister to Avis LaVaughn Heal who married Austin Wade Frohock. They were from Lincolnville, Maine.

MAINE HISTORICAL AND GENEALOGICAL RECORDER, p. 124 (1898) Vol. IX
1. Andrew Frohock, born and died in England
2. Thomas, son of Andrew born abt. 1 Sept. 1749. Deserted the English army during the American Revolution and served with the American forces. Was given land in Meredith, N. H. were he married Catherine Kelley. They had 15 children.
3. Thomas, 4th child of Thomas above, born 26 July 1785, In Gilmanton, N. H. married Mary Ray
of Castine, ME., 7 March 1808. They had 13 children. Thomas died 26 Dec. 1853.
4.Thomas, born 25 Oct. 1811 at Searsmont, ME., 2nd child of Thomas above. Married Elizabeth
Hurd of Lincolnville 16 April 1835. They had 3 children. Thomas died March 1873.
The rest of what I have is through Putnam K. Frohock , brother to Thomas above. He was born 1 March 1832 and married Jane Wade 6 Oct. 1861.
