Yes, basically:

Charles FROGLEY - bricklayer, poet (mentor to John Scott)
b. abt. 1718 of Ware s/o William FROGLEY & Elizabeth (s/o Alexander & Elizabeth nee PRENTIS)

1. Joseph bp. 1.7.1744 bur. 19.8.1801 m. 29.10.1768 Ann BENNET
2. Sarah bp.5.12.1748 m. John SCOTT (of Amwell Quaker poet and reactionary)
3. Charles bp.24.5.1752

Joseph FROGLEY - bricklayer
bp. 1.7.1744 of Ware s/o Charles FROGLEY & Susan GODFREY
m.29.12.1768 by. lic. Ann BENNET b. abt. 1747 of Great Amwell

1. Ann Bennet bp. 30.9.1770 m. 4.12.1788 Isaac NEWTON

I'm not sure that I've looked at this for 15 - 20 years, so a bit rusty in the up-take.

Charles FROGLEY (c.1718 - 1788) was apprenticed to Daniel CHAPMAN of Ware in 1735. I assume also he had a son William FROGLEY ( - 1763) who married Elizabeth FOSTER? (his uncle John FROGLEY was apprenticed to cordwainer or shoemaker George FOSTER of Welwyn, in 1718. Later John is described in his mother's will of 1743 as "a soldier in His Majesty's Service beyond the seas". Either he or his son John possibly married Lydia Elmms/Elmmes "of St. James Westminster" at St. George's chapel, Hyde Park corner,9.9.1752? The names of Foster and Elmmes both appear as second names of WIlliam's children (following).

William FROGLEY ( - 1763) qualified as an apothecary at Oxford, Dec. 7th 1723, with his line later notable surgeons of Hounslow, Middlesex. One of the daughters married William Henry NEVILLE, the surgeon to Princess Charlotte. She was also the Mary Frogley in John KEATES poem "A Valentine to Mary Frogley".

As mentioned, I have not looked at the records for Hertfordshire and North West Middlesex in detail. Frogley is an uncommon name ... but there are still a lot of em.
