What a surprise. We have been wanting to learn more about our family. We have relatives in Oklahoma and Kansas. They are decendents of some Froese's that originated in Prussia and came to America by way of Holland the way I understand it. One of my Grandfathers brothers started a history of our family. He is now passed on and I have not found out who has the info. My brother, Richard Froese knows quite a bit and I think has some pictures. He lives in El Dorado, Kansas. My grandfather's name was Gustav Victor Froese. I am not sure about the spelling. He went by Gus Froese and lived the last few years of his life in Denver, Colorado. He was married to Jessie. They had 5 children. Wendell,(my father), Allen, Ray, Keith, and Pauline. Pauline lives in Albuqurque, New Mexico, Allen lives in Hutchinson, Ks., Ray lives in Denver, Colorado and Keith lived in Alaska until he passed away about 1989. Would love to be notified with any new info. I was told at one time, our family was involved in inventing the combine in Prussia.
